Welcome to the ABWE.org website (the “Website”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and any related services provided by ABWE International (“ABWE,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2.1 Eligibility: The Website is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Website, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13 years old, please do not use the Website.

4.1 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you submit or post on the Website (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, (i) you confirm that you have the right to post and share such content and you accept all liability for any plagiarism or other copyright infringement; and (ii) you grant ABWE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and perform the User Content at its sole discretion. 

4.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit or post User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. ABWE reserves the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. 11. Online Donations 

11.1 Donations: ABWE accepts online donations through the Website. By making a donation, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

11.1.1 Accuracy of Information: You represent and warrant that all information provided by you in connection with the donation is accurate, complete, and current. ABWE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any donation if it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of funds. 

11.1.2 Tax Deductibility: ABWE is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations made to ABWE may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance. 

11.1.3 Refunds: ABWE generally does not offer refunds for donations. If you believe a donation has been made in error or have any concerns, please contact ABWE’s donor services for assistance. 

11.1.4 Use of Donations: ABWE will use donations in accordance with its mission and purposes and prioritizes donor intent. ABWE retains the right to redirect donations to other areas of need as it deems necessary or appropriate. The regular practice of ABWE is to notify donors if funds are redirected to a ministry or project at variance from that donor’s initial intent.
