The Position
Our growing, passionate team is seeking dedicated disciple-makers to use their gifts and abilities to partner with national believers, and lead them into a deeper relationship with Jesus.
Whether it’s building relationships at a local market, sharing the gospel with neighbors, mentoring a group in church, or helping to deepen the faith of a new believer, evangelism and discipleship is at the core of everything we do. We need people who are willing to be vulnerable, invest in the lives of others, and live out their love for the gospel.
The Need
While Ecuador is a country that is rich in culture and missionary history, it is has the slowest growing evangelical church on the continent. Repeatedly chosen as the number one location for those looking to relocate overseas, Ecuador has a lot going for it. The country uses the American dollar, has open religious freedom, and a receptive culture makes it easy to make lifelong friends.
The Impact
We partner together by working in multiple churches in Quito, Guayaquil, many other cities throughout Ecuador. Many of our ministries begin with relationship building and Bible studies.
