Church Planters

The Position

We are looking for church planters to come alongside the national brothers and sisters and equip them to reach their own people.

If you are hard-working, driven, and ready to take on a rewarding task, serving in a team environment, consider serving in church planting with us.

The Need

While Catholicism is the dominant religion of Paraguay, many people are receptive to the gospel. With a large percentage of the population under 30, the potential for youth and children's ministry is tremendous. The younger generation is longing for spiritual instruction and positive role models, as many citizens are dissatisfied with the government's long history of corrupt dictatorships. Youth and children’s ministry workers can develop campus ministries and Bible classes in elementary and high schools. Additionally, we long for new missionaries who will partner with us and the local church to expand our reach in church planting, teaching, and leadership training. Will you prayerfully consider joining us so we can reach more Paraguayans for Christ?

The Impact

Use your skills to help fulfill the Great Commission. As Christians, Jesus has called us to go and make disciples of all nations, and we believe that process isn’t completed until these disciples are gathered into a local community of believers: a church. Church planting is the heartbeat of evangelism, and it’s at the core of who we are at ABWE. It’s hard work, but for those called to the challenge, there is no greater reward on earth than watching a community of believers grow in their faith, and begin to understand their own role in the Great Commission.
