The Position
If you have a gift for ministering to the spiritual needs of children, and you are considering missions work, there is a place on ABWE’s Peru team for you. As the children’s ministry leader, you’ll bring the message of God’s love to the youngest members of our church in a fun and engaging way. As a children’s ministry leader in Peru, you will:
- Demonstrate a desire to work with children and teenagers to influence and improve their spiritual lives
- Bring your organization and leadership skills to local church plants that need your assistance with teen ministry and outreach
- Create fun, age-appropriate events that will reach your community’s teens, even if they are not currently members of the church
- Help the worship team on Sundays with children’s programs
The Impact
You have the opportunity to shape the next generation of believers. Our children ministries focus on reaching the world’s 2 billion children, because research has shown that 75 percent of Christians accept Christ before they reach the age of 14.
