Our medical evangelism team leaders see the impact that even small amounts of the most basic medication, vitamins or reading glasses can have in opening doors for the gospel and church planting initiatives in our primary care clinics. Though we purchase medications and glasses at discounted rates and give small amounts, (referring patients to local pharmacies for ongoing needs) our average cost still is approximately $3.00 per patient for medical supplies per trip. Your gift will help meet real needs and open doors to share the Gospel with those who are physically hurting.
ABWE has been organizing medical team trips for 25 years to five continents. Dr. Jack Sorg has worked with national partners during these team trips to open doors into hearts, homes, and whole communities. Such a compassion ministry with a presentation of the Gospel has been used by scores of national churches to bring many to Christ.
