After 13 years of church-planting ministry and serving as Field Team Leader in Czech Republic, Steve has transitioned to the ABWE Training Department. Steve serves ABWE missionaries by developing and delivering trainings in online formats, making them accessible to missionaries wherever they serve. He also serves on the curriculum development and teaching team for Heart, Mind, and Soul: Atheism and has an active writing ministry which is frequently featured in the Message magazine and ABWE blogs. Steve and Cari still maintain active church-planting, evangelism, and discipleship ministry partnerships in Czech Republic and plan to return to ministry there as needed on an itinerate basis.
