One of my main roles will consist of teaching Bible/theology courses at Seminario Bautista De Colombia in Tenjo, Colombia. Also I will be assisting in character development. Part of the philosophy of the seminary is equipping local church leaders. So the focus remains heavily on character formation and spiritual disciplines in addition to academics.
