After 30 years of missionary service throughout Eastern Europe including living in Hungary for more than 18 years, Chris and Debbie Johnson are now focusing their cross-cultural ministry experiences in North America helping equip believers and churches to reach "the nations in their neighborhoods."

Years of itinerant ministry in Bosnia, gave them a special burden to reach those from Muslim backgrounds. They're partnering with churches and training believers in the greater Charlotte, NC area to use cross-cultural ministry strategies and the "ministry of welcoming" to build credible relationships and develop compassionate ministries of service that lead to Gospel conversations with refugees displaced by war and genocide as well as other internationals God is bringing to their own backyards.
