About Jacob

I grew up in Tampa, Florida in a pastor’s home and surrendered my life to Christ while in middle school. Following high school, I attended Liberty University in central Virginia and have remained in the area since finishing college, working for the university in their communications department while also coaching youth football and doing life with my church community.

I am currently 24 years old and look forward to following the calling that God has laid on my heart to share the Gospel overseas and specifically in George, South Africa.

Passion and Ministry

I am passionate about reaching youth with the Gospel and have enjoyed developing relationships with young athletes and their families through coaching football which is something that I have done since I was in high school. I played the game my entire life, and football is a sport that I have learned so much from.

It brings me joy to watch young boys develop the same love for teamwork, discipline, and commitment that I found through participating in this great game and I hope to be able to share the Good News of the Gospel with children in George through a mutual passion for sports.

While in George, I also look forward to assisting in the local church planting efforts while participating in community evangelism and one-on-one discipleship opportunities.

Getting Involved

If you feel led to be involved in this ministry, I would covet you joining me in prayer for the community in and around George as myself and the team that I will be serving alongside share the Gospel with the region. Any financial donations will support my living expenses as I serve through ABWE.
