God has called Susan to care for her mother for a time. Norman and Susan have returned to Susan's childhood home in WI for this season of life.

Norman is learning and growing in his new role with EveryEthne, focusing on supporting pastors and churches in fulfilling the Great Commission in the Midwest and through them, around the world. Currently Norman is developing relationships with pastors who are looking to increase their churches ability to make disciples who are making disciples. Some of these relationships are being followed up through one on one discipling relationships with the pastors.

Norman will be working with EveryEthne going forward as they provide seminars, workshops and ongoing consulting and coaching to churches, pastors and church planters.
