Gary serves as the Regional Director for the Caribbean. In addition to overseeing missionaries serving in this region, he and Marty are responsible for leading the OPEN Initiative in the Caribbean Basin through prayer, missionary recruitment, leadership training, church planting, and missional partnerships. Through the OPEN Initiative, they are engaged in igniting Great Commission thinking among national churches throughout the region in an effort to make disciples and plant churches among the unreached people groups of the Caribbean.
