Based in Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia, Elvira serves the Filipino congregation at Saving Grace Mission Fellowship with ABWE's sister mission agency, PABWE. She also serves in church planting in the Orthomneab Village and is the headteacher at Legacy Language School of Cambodia — which she helped found.
