Carl and Lois served as church planters in Argentina for 15 years and for the past 21 years in North America carrying out the EveryEthne initiative.

The Sextons lead a unique ministry they call H4 ministries; four people groups that God has led into their lives: Hispanics, Haitians, Heroes (new missionaries they coach), and the Heart, Mind & Soul LGBTQ seminar (Lois is a presenter and scheduler) Carl leads a team of Spanish-speaking trainers for the Good Soil Evangelism and Discipleship seminars in Spanish speaking churches in North, Central and South America.
