Bruce currently serves as the Church Planter Coordinator, and is involved with full time theological training, and mentoring of Nicaraguan Pastors. We also host multiple service and learning teams each year that work alongside Nicaraguan church plants to help in their development through youth ministries, door to door evangelism, construction and other ministry opportunities.​In addition, we serve as the Regional Director for Central America and Mexico.
