Stepping into the role of Executive Director of Africa, Andy and Jackie are focused on leading and building the Africa teams through strategic initiatives and focused ministry.  They are purposefully caring for and developing our Africa teams—working with Team Leaders, Regional Directors, and ABWE’s Member Care to make sure that our missionary families stay healthy on the field. 

The Kirbys will also be creating and enlarging Africa’s partner networks with anchor churches and other ministry organizations to increase mobilization and retention of missionaries to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the unreached of Africa.
