Theological Education Teachers

The Position

Teachers are needed for the Chile Bible Institute to help equip Chileans for ministry in Santiago. The Chile Bible Institute has a 4-year training program for pastors and missionaries, a 2-year program that is taught in various churches, and a new post-graduate program that is available online.

The Need

Seeing the need for vibrant, relational evangelism, local church leaders in Chile welcome missionaries with open arms. National believers are eager to work side-by-side with missionaries to find new ways to serve and spread the gospel. Chile has become a launching pad for missionaries into unreached areas and even across borders into other countries in the Americas.

ABWE Chile believes strongly in team ministry. While some work alone and do individual ministry, we also encourage missionaries to work together in partnership with nationals and with other ABWE missionaries. If you want to be a part of a team of disciple makers building on the strong foundation of years of faithful service from past ABWE missionaries, our Chilean team needs you!

The Impact

Make a large and lasting impact through theological education. Theology can mean life or death for a new church on the mission field. That’s why we need people who are passionate about teaching the theological truths of the Bible to men and women who will lead others into true, saving faith in Jesus Christ — and in Him alone. If you love building up leaders and helping people go deep with our infinite God, then we have a place for you.
