The Position

This position does not require a teaching degree but does require a love for working with young children, and willingness to follow the guidance of the classroom teacher working with small groups of students throughout the day. As a teacher's aide at the Santiago Christian Academy, you will also help reduce the workload of the classroom teacher, as you help correct papers and take on other classroom tasks as needed.

The Need

Seeing the need for vibrant, relational evangelism, local church leaders in Chile welcome missionaries with open arms. National believers are eager to work side-by-side with missionaries to find new ways to serve and spread the gospel. Chile has become a launching pad for missionaries into unreached areas and even across borders into other countries in the Americas.

ABWE Chile believes strongly in team ministry. While some work alone and do individual ministry, we also encourage missionaries to work together in partnership with nationals and with other ABWE missionaries. If you want to be a part of a team of disciple makers building on the strong foundation of years of faithful service from past ABWE missionaries, our Chilean team needs you!

The Impact

When you serve at the Santiago Christian Academy, you will experience the tremendous freedom to live out the gospel and partner with the local Chilean church in a country struggling with confusion and spiritual degradation. If serving in the classroom setting while impacting the youth of a world-class city appeals to you, we want you on our team at Santiago Christian Academy.
