The Position
Obed’s House is looking for someone who is eager to teach English or homeschool children. Many of the kids in our center come having never attended school before.
This position would be perfect for someone who loves kids, and who is patient and organized.
The Need
Obed’s House Ministries is located in General Santos City, Philippines, and was founded in 2013. Obed’s House is a 24/7 Residential Care Facility accepting children ages 5-12 that are orphaned, coming off of the street, or from neglected homes. Obed’s House offers each resident the opportunity to receive an education free of charge.
Obed’s House acts as a new beginning for the neglected, street, and abandoned children of General Santos City.

The Impact
Fulfilling this position will make a great impact for our children as so many of them struggle in reading and math. We believe that every person deserves an education and we strive to offer our children the absolute best Christian based education we can possibly give them so that they can break generational poverty and rewrite their stories together with Jesus.
