As a ministry fundraiser, you will:
- Work with the marketing and ministry teams to understand the financial needs and goals of ABWE in St. Lucia
- Bring a successful work or volunteer experience as a fundraiser, plus a gift for managing and organizing fundraising events
- Demonstrate excellent budgeting, communications and diplomacy skills, and a willingness to learn St. Lucia’s culture
- Set an excellent example for the community by living an authentically Christian lifestyle, and developing real relationships within the national community that may further fundraising efforts
- Have a heart for missions work and the willingness to pitch in where necessary with the team
