The Position
In this position, you would shepherd a fellowship of international believers. This would include embassy workers, business leaders, teachers, multi-ethnic families and many others who stay for a 2-year commitment. We are looking for someone* with a Bible college degree and/or an education degree preferably with previous shepherding experience, cross-cultural experience and cross-cultural training.
*Due to regulations, this would require a brother who is bi-vocational and able to teach at a local university and or int'l school, or a spouse willing to teach/work as the visa holder.
