The Position
In this position, you would pastor a fellowship of international believers. This would include embassy workers, business leaders, teachers, multi-ethnic families and many others who stay for a 2-year commitment. We are looking for someone* with a Bible college degree and/or an education degree preferably with previous shepherding experience, cross-cultural experience and cross-cultural training.
*Due to regulations, this would require a brother who is bi-vocational and able to teach at a local university and or int’l school, or a spouse willing to teach/work as the visa holder.
The Need
A pastor is needed to lead a fellowship of international believers living in a large city in East Asia. International believers living and working in this city need solid Biblical teaching and a place for fellowship.
The Impact
You can use shepherding and pastoral gifts and training as well as cross-cultural experience and insight to grow and equip an international church in a large and influential city. Members who attend this multi-ethnic church live, serve and work among the majority people group with opportunities to meet needs, share the Good News, and make disciples.
