Facility Maintenance Personnel

The Gambia

The Position

If you have a heart for sharing the gospel and are handy in general maintenance then come share your skills with us in The Gambia. You will use your expertise to ensure buildings and campuses continue to operate efficiently and share the gospel while overseeing nationals who assist in maintaining the facility. Use your skills to make an eternal impact on the mission field.

The Need

Use your workmanship skills on the mission field to make an eternal impact. With over 90% of the Gambian people being Muslim and less than one percent of them being evangelical believers, there is a great need for disciple-makers. While English is the official national language of the Gambia, a willingness to learn their language and culture is necessary to minister to their spiritual needs. Although there are challenging barriers to missions in the Gambia, the rewards are great. What better way to walk alongside them than to engage in their daily lives with your skill set?

The Impact

On the mission field, maintenance workers do much more than build or maintain structures; they help us build the kingdom of God. With skilled people like you to teach not only your skills to the Gambian people but also help support all the other ongoing ministry facilities throughout The Gambia. This has an impact not only on your ministry but on all ministries in The Gambia in terms of effectively teaching the saving grace of Jesus Christ and fulfilling the Great Commission.
