Evangelism Teammates

The Position

Our evangelism team is building Bible-believing communities across Costa Rica, forever changing the lives of individuals who accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

As an evangelism teammate, you will:

Share the good news with Costa Ricans with an open heart, a passion for ministry and a love for people
Lead an authentically Christian lifestyle and demonstrate the spirit and behavior that leads others to Jesus
Promote the gospel and answer questions about Scripture while encouraging greater discussion and understanding among those who may be unfamiliar with the message of Jesus Christ
Assist existing church leadership in community outreach efforts
Help church planters set down roots that go deep in rural communities where there is no access to the gospel

The Need

ABWE believes Costa Rica is an ideal launching pad to spread God's word throughout the Central American region. There is already a committed group of Christians ministering in Costa Rica, but the opportunities for advancing the kingdom in this vibrant environment are endless.

We seek team members who are passionate about building relationships, sharing the gospel, making disciples, and teaching the Bible to join us in Costa Rica. Experience in accounting, business, healthcare, construction, administration, youth ministry or music can be used in our ministry efforts. Might God be calling you to serve in Costa Rica?

The Impact

Use your passion for evangelism and discipleship to make an eternal impact on the mission field. Every ministry we begin, every project we undertake, and every relationship we develop is geared toward sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. However, we know that simply sharing the gospel with someone is only part of our calling as missionaries: we’re also called to walk alongside them and make disciples.
