Discipleship Coaches

The Position

Do you have a deep understanding of Scripture, a passion that draws others to Christ and the patience to succeed in missions work? If so, then ABWE in St. Lucia has a place for you. As a discipleship Coach, you’ll enrich the spiritual journeys of believers and the community the church serves at large. This rewarding role gives you the opportunity to develop real relationships while sharing the power of God’s love.

As a discipleship coach, you will:

  • Shepherd believers by engaging in deep discussions about faith, Scripture and the truth of being a committed Christian
  • Share your personal journey and struggles, and set an excellent example for the community by living an authentically Christian lifestyle
  • Help ABWE teammates in all areas of church development, including identifying nationals who show promise as becoming the servant-leaders of tomorrow
  • Work with community members of all ages and backgrounds to grow the church
  • Have a love for people and a heart for evangelism, plus the discipline to persevere when times are challenging
The Need

There is a tremendous need to reach the underdeveloped and untapped Christian leadership in St. Lucia. Many nationals are untrained, but are willing. If God has given you the gift of leadership, join us in St. Lucia, where God can use you to make an eternal impact.

The Impact

As a Discipleship Coach, you’ve already demonstrated your ability to connect with people, share your testimony and inspire others. Just one disciple has the power to lead great numbers to discover the glory of God — and who knows what future servant-leaders God may raise up through you? If you have a talent for discipleship and believe God is calling you to serve, there is a place for you in St. Lucia.
