Cross-Cultural Ministry Teammates

The Position

Ukraine is one of the largest and poorest countries in Europe and struggles with a lack of trained spiritual leadership, unhealthy churches, and broken families. While the needs are great, so are the opportunities to serve in cross-cultural ministry.

Together with our Ukrainian partners, our missionary team is currently:

  • Promoting and facilitating missions movements from Ukraine to the world
  • Exposing people to missions through the Kairos course

As we build our team, we dream about:

  • Organizing missions conferences in local churches, including developing a children’s track
  • Developing missionary care training for local churches
  • Conducting a missions roundtable in Ukraine
  • Designing an organizational structure for a Ukrainian mission agency (including financial policy, missionary care, training)

Will you help us to build, encourage and strengthen the Ukrainian church?

The Need

Ukraine’s strategic location and volatile civil climate have uniquely prepared it to receive the gospel. Located between Europe and Asia, Ukraine has become a launching pad for missionaries to Eurasia and Central Asia, including countries like Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan where there is little to no religious freedom.

Ukraine, on the other hand, has experienced far greater religious liberties over the past 20 years, allowing for the cultivation of church planting movements and, more recently, missions movements. And while Ukraine continues to be one of the largest and poorest countries in Europe, it is also one of the most open to the Gospel.

The opportunities to be a part of sending the gospel throughout the world by ministering in Ukraine are enormous! Will you join our team?

The Impact

You can make a huge impact through developing new leaders on the mission field. Our missionaries spend enormous amounts of time and energy encouraging, training, and discipling men and women to become Christ-filled leaders to their own people and nation. We focus on providing leaders with practical skills to help them build healthy churches that embrace their own role in missions. Whether it’s teaching classes at one of our seminaries, mentoring a small group of believers, or providing one-on-one accountability, we need people who are committed to forming leaders that build healthy churches and embrace their own role in missions.
