Business Administrators

The Position

Our team in Lima is looking for a business administrator with a specialty or experience in financial and legal affairs to join our team. A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or similar career is preferred (or the equivalent in experience). As the business administrator for the Peru Field Team, you will deal with government relations, visas, and be advisor to the legal aspect of ministries. This opportunity would also include involvement in various local church ministries according to your gifts and interests.

The Need

The ABWE team in Peru is united with one vision: to plant and equip local churches and ministries with meaningful social and spiritual impact that will intentionally launch church-planting efforts with the ultimate goal of fueling world missions movements for God’s glory.

Our team is strategically located in four of the major cities in Peru: Iquitos (Amazon jungle), Chiclayo (northern coast), Lima (the capital) and Arequipa (southern Andes Mountains). In these four regions we are in proximity to about 40% of Peru’s 30 million people. Our mission field, however, is the entire world.

We need your help to equip generations of biblically-minded Peruvian believers who will not only plant churches and become missionaries around the world, but also generously sustain a global missions movement.

The Impact

Your administration and accounting skills can help us become more effective in reaching more people with the gospel. When people think of the mission field, filing cabinets, legal matters and accounting software are not the first things that come to mind. But at ABWE, we know that there is a place on the mission field for every skill. From our hospitals and Christian schools to our camps and business ministries, our life-changing ministries need your organizational skills and support.
