After serving in Mexico City for 11 years, Ron and Zina understand healthy families make for healthy ministries. This is important because ABWE exists to fulfill the Great Commission by multiplying leaders, churches, and missions movements among every people. We believe God has placed the MK (Missionary Kid) in a missionary family as part of His plan and they are a vital part of fulfilling the Great Commission. It is our desire to see these families thrive before they go, while serving on the field and when they return.

As part of ABWE’s Member Care we lead the MK Ministries Team.

Our team exists to support missionary kids and their families by encouraging, equipping and engaging them in building an intentional relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our team provides resources and training through conferences, seminars, mentoring, discipleship, visits (on the field and on college campuses) and also through “mom” hugs.
