Supervisory Responsibility: None

Primary Role

A Regional Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating activities across departments in accordance with policy to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Completing a variety of administrative tasks for the Executive Director including managing the calendar, coordinating scheduling needs, sending emails, answering incoming telephone calls, opening and distributing mail, obtaining signatures, and preparing and proofing documents/media for meetings and presentations.

  • Organizing travel schedules for visiting international guests.

  • Organizing international fundraising and ministry events.

  • Assists the Executive Director as requested in planning and coordinating the agenda for events and meetings; reserving conference rooms, meals, IT needs; and taking minutes.

  • Serves as the first point of contact and provides a bridge for smooth communication between departments.

  • Basic understanding of financial transactions.

  • Proficient in modern web tools (email platforms, social media, etc.,).

  • Maintains relevant files and database records.

  • Maintains ABWE website with service opportunities.

  • Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.

Travel: This position requires travel within the United States including some weekends. International travel is likely.

Qualifications: Ability to pass background check and all necessary clearances as mandated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree preferred.
Minimum Prior Experience Required: Previous business or office management experience or experience in a related field/capacity. Previous cross-cultural experience preferred.
