Supervisory Responsibility: None

Job Summary/Primary Role: This Global Operations Coordinator will assist in keeping the operations and activities of the global mission community organized, ensuring that the team priorities are met. The Coordinator will serve as a conduit of information between the missionary staff and the administrative assistants assigned to each region.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating Global Operations team meetings (Executive Directors, Regional Directors) on a monthly and quarterly basis; taking and distributing minutes.
  • Updating and maintaining all Global Operations manuals.
  • Managing ABWE “MailChimp” list.
  • Managing all International Headquarters missionary data (annual report, statement of commitment, service award, etc., for those missionaries working out of the International Headquarters.
  • Providing administrative support to various ministries under the supervision of the Vice President of Global Operations, such as Aviation, WORD, International Ministries, etc.
  • Assists Global Operations Administrative Assistants in project completion, processes, and questions.
  • Being familiar with all policy manuals, roles, and responsibilities for all Global Operations staff and missionaries.
  • Coordinates with other departments regarding current policies and courses of action when needed.
  • Updates and maintains all missionary personnel cards.
  • Maintains and sets the schedule for the Vice President of Global Operations.
  • Updates key departments of policy changes, updates, etc. (President’s Office, Human Resources, Finance).
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: Ability to pass a background check and all necessary clearances as mandated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Education: Associate’s Degree in business, office administration or related field or previous experience equivalent.

Minimum Prior Experience Required: Previous experience in business, office administration or a related field. Familiarity with missions, short-term, and long-term, both in practice and principle.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
  • Previous experience using SalesForce preferred.
