Objective: ABWE team leaders will be prepared to explain the principles of organization and the purpose and value of their field’s organization; they will be equipped to be better people managers, with understood roles and clear responsibilities.

Objective: ABWE team leaders will understand concepts of personal dynamics in order to enhance positive interpersonal relationships within the field team, resulting in more effective work.
