ABWE (MAC) Missionary Administrative Committee
The Missionary Administrative Committee (MAC) is comprised of ABWE administrators who are responsible for the oversight and direction of ABWE missionaries in various parts of the ABWE world. The on-field, in-service training of missionaries is one of the tasks mandated to ABWE missionary administrators by ABWE’s board and president. This model for leadership skills development was constituted by MAC, to serve as a guide for training missionary field leaders.
