Managing Conflicts in Crucial Conversations (10 hours of training)
Learning to handle conversations where the stakes are high, the opinions vary, and emotions run strong is a key to effective leadership, teamwork, and family relationships. This seminar is based upon the principles presented in the New York Times best-seller, Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High. Participants will learn and practice these stress-reducing techniques. (Facilitated by Wayne Haston, Certified Crucial Conversations Trainer & ABWE Director of International Training)
Western European Field Leaders Meeting (March 2003) - The purpose of this meeting was to provide knowledge, skill, and motivation for the ministry of field leaders in order enable them to better serve the Lord and brethren.
