Missionary Training at ABWE

ADEPT ABWE's Digital & Electronic Presentation Training Each ADEPT module consists of three workshops: Mastering Presentation Graphics Workshop (M-F of week 1) Advanced Photoshop Techniques Workshop (M-Tu of week 2) Presentation Development Workshop (W-F of week 2) There are five options as to how ABWE personnel can participate in an ADEPT module.

Option 1 : Presentation Development Option

Participate in the entire two weeks training course in order to acquire all of the essential presentation development skills and complete a ministry presentation before you leave.

Option 2 : Mastering Presentation Graphics Option

Participate in the first week workshop only and master the use of PowerPoint, learn how to use ProShow Gold, learn all about digital images, and learn principles of presentation design.

Option 3 : Mastering Presentation Graphics PLUS Option

Participate in the first week of training, plus Monday and Tuesday of the second week. Learn about all the basics of presentation graphics, PLUS Advanced Photoshop techniques.

Option 4 : Advanced Photoshop Techniques Option

Participate only in the Monday & Tuesday sessions of the second week and learn how to use Adobe Photoshop Elements & Adobe Photoshop to take your presentations to the "next" level of visual impact. Prerequisite: must have participated in an ABWE workshop that covered the content of the first week .

Option 5 : Presentation Development for Mastering Presentation Graphics Alumni

Participate in the Advanced Photoshop Techniques workshop and continue through the remainder of the second week to complete a ministry presentation. Prerequisite: must have participated in an ABWE workshop that covered the content of the first week.
