Before you cross the street, look both ways so you won’t get hit!
It’s great advice that we all got “way back when.” But it’s still good advice today! Change is inevitable. We may resist it, ignore it, or try to wish it away, BUT… change is a reality, none the less.
Crossing without looking both ways can get you run over!
"Looking both ways" fits the change paradigm as well.
To effectively lead through change, you should look at two things…
