ABWE - Association of Baptists for World Evangelism

The Southern Ukraine team in Odessa is in need of a youth pastor or a lay person who has experience with teaching and reaching youth. A grasp of the Russian language is preferable, but service could begin with a willingness to learn the Russian language. The responsibilities would include working in a local church to establish a model youth ministry and then using this model to multiply effective youth ministries in other churches. This opportunity would include developing trust with nationals, teaching seminars on youth ministry, and assisting in organizing evangelistic youth outreaches, camps, and other youth activities. This is an immediate need that could be filled by a Career Missionary.
