Supervision of all medical personnel including about 20 national staff and ultimate responsibility for all medical activity (diagnosis and treatment of patients, prescription of medications, referral room duties, medical decision making, supervision and training of nursing staff, and consultation for miscellaneous medical situations), which includes government and official dutures. One-on-one evangelism, discipleship, and Bible teaching will also be a part of this ministry, all done in the local language, Wolof.
