Our team in Lima is in need of a Bible College professor with a specialty or experience in Christian Education. We currently have a student body of more than 100 and plan to increase to 250. A grasp of the Spanish language and Peruvian culture will need to be developed for an effective teaching ministry. A master’s degree or higher is preferred and is required to teach at the graduate level and to train Peruvian professors in this specialty. The Christian Ed professor’s responsibilities include serving on the faculty of the Baptist Theological Seminary, teaching education courses on an undergraduate level and designing new master level courses. This opportunity also includes teaching and supervising Christian Ed students at local churches. There is also an opportunity to assist with the design of internet/distance courses.
