The Position
Do you have excellent technical skills, a passion for ministry, and the desire to join an established mission that has achieved great success through the grace of God? Then our Ukraine team needs you. We are looking for an online course facilitator. If you’ve always wanted to work in missions but you weren’t sure how you could use your technical skills to help, join us on our creative team.
As an online course facilitator, you will:
- Connect educators and students with high-quality theological content
- Work closely with teachers to make sure content and communications applications meet school standards
- Be a committed Christian who is excited about making meaningful friendships within the Ukrainian community, sharing personal testimony and inviting deep discussions about faith and beliefs
- Have a heart for missions work, a willingness to help out ABWE teammates wherever necessary and the patience to persevere through relevant, but painstaking work
The Need
Unlike much of Eurasia, where religious intolerance and skepticism are rampant, Ukraine serves as a launching pad for missions movements in neighboring countries. The country’s civil war left thousands dead, millions more displaced and towns damaged. The spiritual and physical needs of Ukraine’s people are great, and God has opened the door to allow us to help. In Ukraine, our missionaries give nationals the practical and spiritual guidance they need to rebuild their lives with faith in Christ as the foundation. God’s church is growing in Ukraine and the opportunities are overflowing. We need your help.
The Impact
Online courses are just one of the creative ways the ABWE team is reaching out to members of the Ukrainian community. As part of our team, you’ll work with committed missions workers who have successfully shared the message of Jesus Christ throughout Ukraine, where numerous church plantings are taking place today. With online courses, we hope to grow God’s Kingdom, and with your help, we pray to influence the lives of people we may never meet.
