The Position
Join ABWE as an evangelism team member in England and share the good news of Jesus throughout its communities.
As an evangelism team member, you will:
- Bring your love of people together with your love of Christ and develop relationships with non-Christians.
- Seek to share the gospel through conversation, Bible Study, and outreach events.
- Assist local churches, leaders, and fellow ABWE team members with focused and intentional evangelism.
- Need to have patience, accepting that mission work is painstaking — but extremely rewarding.
The Need
Although England has a rich Christian history, less than 3 percent of people attend church regularly today. The country is experiencing one of the slowest church growth rates in the world. This has left many churches considering closing their doors and leaving many communities without any gospel witness.
