Bangladesh
The Memorial Christian Hospital (MCH) facility originated 40 years ago in Malumghat, Bangladesh, having been originally constructed in 1964-66. The hospital has been an evangelism outreach tool and the way God has been reaching the people of Bangladesh. The facility is a 66-bed hospital and outpatient clinic, including all related necessary medical services. The entire compound is located on a 44-acre tract of land situated on the Bay of Bengal. The compound is comprised of numerous associated facilities, such as administration buildings, schools, missionary/national housing, guest housing, maintenance buildings, and other related operational buildings. Construction is slated to begin in 2012, but we have some immediate needs for a Project Manager.
The hospital project consists of the construction of a new clinic and complete hospital buildings, including all related components to replace the existing hospital facility.
Following are some of the specific needs for the Bangladesh MCH Renewal Project:
Project Managers/Engineers or Construction Superintendents to oversee national contractors are needed. The need is for an 8-month to several year time frame. However, we can use several Project Managers/Engineers or Construction Superintendents to facilitate during the entire time frame.
