Child Care Profile Form

During EMC our nursery is staffed with loving volunteers who serve MK’s, ages 6 weeks to 3 years. Please register your child(ren) for the EMC Nursery, fill out one Child Profile Form per child, and return it to TrainingEvents@abwe.org, at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
