Headline Speaker: Dr. Jon McGinnis, Tri-M Global

Jonathan McGinnis is the director of Tri-M Global, an international pastoral and leadership training organization. Tri-M teaches theological education in over 20 countries throughout Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, the Mediterranean, and Central America. He and his family served as missionaries in Costa Rica for eight years. Before that, Jon served ten in the pastorate in Ohio and Michigan. Jon has a B.A. in Christian Education from Cedarville University, an M.A.T.S., and a Ph.D. in Christian Leadership from Liberty University.

In these sessions, we will examine the systems, trends, and struggles in theological education in missions and discuss practical ways to assess learning in the international, cross-cultural environment.
