Flooding in Bangladesh

Recent flooding in Bangladesh has impacted the work of our partners in Chittagong, but we are thankful that none of their personnel were personally harmed. While the homes of some believers have been destroyed, we are not aware of any lives lost. Several feet of water filled the lower floor of the guest house, but residents were able to move personal effects upstairs or to other housing. There was considerable damage to the lower level and its contents.

We anticipate that some churches and individuals partnering with our team in Bangladesh will want to help with this financial loss, but we are also prepared to assist as necessary from our ABWE Compassion fund. We also want to help some of the believers affected as funds allow. You may give to our Compassion fund online or by mailing a check made out to:
