Sometimes, looking at the constant buzz of activity at the home office, we wonder, “What doesn’t a mission agency do?”
From finance and ministry assistance to mobilization and training facilitation, the ABWE Home Office provides numerous resources and ministries intended to help our missionaries, and the churches that support them, flourish. The Home Office offers crucial education and training; financial planning and management of benefits, like term-life insurance and in-house legal counsel; and a network of global support from people who want to see the Great Commission fulfilled.
We strive for excellence in fiscal responsibility, faithfulness to Biblical principles, wise leadership and accountability—and work to help our missionaries to maintain that same standard on the field.

Global Ministry: providing leadership and setting strategy while offering a sense of team and a standard of accountability.
Financial Support: offering practical legal counsel, important benefits programs, and insurance to help missionaries today and for the future.
Mobilization: recruiting more workers to the field.
Church Relations: equipping and training the local church to carry out the Great Commission.
