In October 2007, a lot of 19,000 square feet was purchased with frontage on a major avenue close to the Jabaquara subway station. The new seminary building occupies most of the lot and provides approximately 18,000 square feet of space in two large rectangular floors. There are:
- 8 Offices
- 6 Classrooms
- Large library/study area
- Auditorium that seats 300
- Small bookstore
- Kitchen
- Parking below grade for over 50 vehicles
The facility was built with funds from the sale of the seminary’s properties within Brazil as well as contributions from interested parties. Of a total project cost of approximately US$1.85 million, the sale of the school’s real estate accounted for about US$550,000. Of the remaining US$1.3 million, God has already provided almost US$1,225,000. Construction is virtually complete at the site, with only the purchase and installation of air conditioning units remaining.
