Help Support a Ministry Partner

Amount Still Needed: Ongoing Need

Region: Africa

Last updated 3/14/11

Joseph trusted Christ through the witness of ABWE missionaries in Togo in 1983, later surrendering his life to full-time ministry motivated by the thought, “If not for God’s grace, I would have died and gone to hell.”  After pastoral training through ABWE ministries, he led one of the churches in Togo for 15 years, but he had a special burden to preach the Good News to every creature, especially young people.  Partnering with North American churches and churches in Togo and Ghana through ABWE’s GAP program, Joseph currently has an itinerant ministry with youth/parents and church planting ministries.  He travels regularly to churches throughout West Africa discipling Christian youth through regular gatherings and Bible studies, scheduled Bible quizzes, and Bible studies for unsaved youth.  Joseph has also been conducting regular family and parenting seminars all over Togo and Ghana to strengthen families and encourage strong churches. The Lord has used this partnership greatly in the past two years.  Just this last month, Joseph shared about a recent youth seminar:  “There is no greater joy than to see souls come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. Four boys and two girls joined the celestial family.”  Resourcing and strengthening national pastors and leaders is one of the goals of our partnership ministries.  Joseph and other leaders need your help to continue ministries in churches not yet able to fully fund such ministries.  Will you consider joining this strategic partnership in Africa?
