International Administration and Training Center
ABWE’s International Administration and Training Center is located on 135 acres in suburban Harrisburg, PA, high on a hill with a breathtaking view of the Susquehanna Valley. The home office staff, about half of them volunteers, provide the services needed to maintain the vital linkage between local churches and their missionaries around the world.
Miracle on the Hill
The beautiful facilities God has provided were purchased and renovated in what is often called The Miracle on the Hill. In 1992–1993 over 1000 volunteers from 28 states and 6 foreign countries participated in the construction so that it was completed debt-free. Subsequent additions to the facilities were also constructed without indebtedness.

CEIM
The Center for Excellence in International Ministries (CEIM), the training division of ABWE, occupies a large section of the facilities. CEIM plans and hosts seminars and training programs throughout the year—both in the International Training Center and regionally around the world. These include the twice-yearly Field Preparation Seminars, EDGE Seminars (Continuing Education for missionaries), Core Ministries Institute, Missionary Enrichment Training Modules, and Good Soil Evangelism and Discipleship.
